ORDER OF FUNERAL RITES
OVER THE LATE COL. GEORGE A. SEKE

Order of Funeral Rites over the late Col. George A. Seke, Jr., who died on September 2, 2018 in his Mid 50s at the SOS Clinic, on the Tubman Boulevard in Sinkor after a brief illness are as follows:

  1. Silent Meditation:

    A Night of Silent Meditation by his Family on Friday, September 28, 2018 at the deceased’s residence adjacent to the Pipeline Clinic in Paynesville, Liberia.

  2. Removal of the body:

    The body will be taken from the Samuel A. Stryker Funeral Home on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 9:00 AM and taken to the Providence Baptist Church on Ashmun Street, Monrovia, Liberia.

  3. Funeral Services:

    Funeral Services over the remains of the late Col. Seke will take place on Saturday, September 29, 2018, at 10:00 AM at the Providence Baptist Church Edifice on Ashmun Street, Monrovia, Liberia.

  4. Tributes:

    Tributes over late Col. Seke will be paid in the following order:

    A.  Ministry of Finance & Development Planning

    B.  Liberia Immigration Services (Formerly Bureau of Immigration & Naturalization Services.)

    C.  Liberia National Police

    D.  D. US Military Mission

    E.  Family

    F.  Friends

    G.  Organizations/Units

  5. Burial:

    The late Col. Seke will be buried at the Kaiser Memorial Cemetery in Brewerville City, Montserado County.

  6. Repast:

    Repast will be held following burial at Iron Gate in Brewerville City.

  7. Achievements:

    The late Col. Seke was the Assistant Director of Security at the Ministry of Finance & Development Planning. Prior to the above position, Col. Seke served the former Bureau of Immigration & Naturalization now Liberia Immigration Services as Assistant Commissioner/Chief of Office Staff to Commissioner Lamuel E.A. Reeves. The late Col. Seke was also a veteran of the US Navy having served as Petty Officer on the George Washington Carrier as well as served the Liberian National Police. He was member of the Providence Baptist Church Family.

  8. Survivors:

    The late Seke is survived by his Mother, Zahn Seke and four (4) children which include George A. Seke, II, Georgette Seke and Isaiah Seke of the USA and Kebbeh Seke of Liberia respectively as well as host of other siblings among whom are:
