Mortres Kweta Dougba
On behalf of the Dougba, Davies, Cooper, Flomo, Hall and other relatives of the USA, Europe, Africa, and else were, we deeply regret to announce the sudden death of our nine years old daughter, little Mortres Dougba who died in the swimming pool incident in Minnesota on Monday, August 15, 2011. We are further saddened by this tragic loss and henceforth encourage all true loving people to keep us in their prayers in this time of severe family tragedy. The late Mortres Kweta Dougba is survived by her father, Mr. Morris Dougba of Yeadon, Pennsylvania; her Mother, Theresa Marpue Davies Dougba of Liberia, and step Mother, Oretha Kolu Cooper of Yeadon, Pennsylvania. Little Mortres who was on her annual vacation in the United States from Liberia with her dad, met her untimely death while spending time with her sister in Minnesota. Mortres is also survived by host relatives including sisters, brothers, Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, and Grandparents.
It is truly difficult, but we are confident that there is no wound that God cannot heal. God who is the source of every good thing will not abandon the family at this time when we need Him the most. It is therefore our fervent prayer that God will bring forth the peace, wisdom, comfort, protection that we need at this time of our bereavements.
The memorial service over the remains of the late, little Mortres Kweta Dougba will be held on September 10, 2011 at the Christ Assembly Lutheran Church, 229 North 63rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19139, starting at 9:30 A.M. followed by transfer of the body to Monrovia, Liberia on September 14th, 2011. Funeral rites will take place on September 16th, 2011 at 11 A.M. at the family church, followed by interment at the Kaiser Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Brewerville, Liberia in plot #1070.
